Reminder for rising 9th grade families: CRLS Information Night is TONIGHT, January 28 from 5-8PM. We hope to see you there!

Due to the ongoing clean up efforts from the recent snowstorm, the Cambridge Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 27th. All CPS schools and administrative offices will be closed. All extracurricular activities and athletics events will be postponed. CPS schools will reopen on a normal schedule on Wednesday, January 28th.

DHSP programs will be open on a modified schedule on Tuesday, January 27th. Families should look for a communication from DHSP with respect to the locations and hours of operation for DHSP preschool and all its afterschool programs.

Join CPS and community partners to learn and engage in your student’s middle school math experience during and after school! Hear important updates to 7th grade math, and get helpful resources and information about various math-related questions and needs. Childcare is available. Registration is recommended but not required.

School Council Elections Coming Soon!

Are you looking for a way to get involved at VLUS? Are you a parent/caregiver who is interested in contributing to community development and school decision-making? If so, consider becoming a family representative on the School Council!

The School Council is a leadership group that meets monthly to work towards school improvement and have conversations with the school community. Elections are supported by Friends of Vassal Lane and will begin in May.
