New England Schools Sailing Association

Shoutout to Franny Charles at MIT for single-handedly hosting 16 High Schools for the New England qualifying event for The High School National Championship for The Mallory Cup. With 20-25 knots and gusts to 30, it was a wet and challenging day on the river. Franny set a course, with an “entertainment mark” just off the dock, and never moved a mark for the rest of the day. Congratulations to Brunswick School, The Hotchkiss School and Portsmouth Abbey School who will represent New England at the championship at Mission Bay YC in June!
