Thinking about how you want your backyard to look, feel and function next summer? Now is the perfect time to start. 🌱

With living soil, resilient plants, and nature-based design, we create the conditions for your whole landscape to establish and thrive.

Never using synthetic fertilizers or creating landscapes that need constant inputs, we build the soil and let biology do the work.

This backyard is what that looks like when an ecosystem is created with intention… abundant, non-toxic, and designed to thrive.

If you’re dreaming about a different backyard next summer, this fall is the perfect time to get started.

Curious what Ecological Forest Restoration could look like on your property? 🌲

We work with your forest to reduce invasive pressure, return biomass to the system, support native regeneration, improve access, and create a healthier forest that supports long-term development of old-growth structure and function with progressively less intensive management over time.

Every forest is different, so we look at what’s already happening on your land, what the forest needs, and what matters most to you, then build the restoration plan around that context.

“I’m so thankful I came across Wild Roots Solutions. Drew contacted me quickly and was out to see my yard the same week.
I found him to be very knowledgeable about plants and landscaping. We talked about the ideas that I had in mind and he was able to create my dream landscape.
His focus on regenerative soil practices, use of native plants, and his knowledge of placing plants appropriately in a landscape are exactly what I was looking for. We already have plans to continue work next year on additional areas of my yard.
I will be recommending his services to my friends and family.”

Stay turned for the phase two transformation as we work on the rest of their back yard!

The best landscapes are both beautiful and deeply functional.

For this family, that meant addressing drainage around the home while creating a low-maintenance backyard their kids can run through, climb on, explore, and enjoy for many years to come.

Every Wild Root project is designed around the land, the people who live there and how the space needs to function.

The garden is blooming again and I’m about to do my second chop and drop of the high diversity integrated cover crop.

Tomatoes, basil and bell peppers growing happy and healthy with in their own ecosystem. It’s all about pulsing between chaos and order.

Each time the system over positions the target crop there is a reset that creates its own mulch and lifts the crop which also stimulates a growth pulse. The cover crops themselves are edible and are continuously supporting the soil food web.

Grow your own food, grow your own mulch, create your own fertility, no need for sprays or chemicals, just natural processes that only improve.

This is a small scale example of how I manage my agroforestry and perennial crop systems.

Biology powered residential landscapes. 🌲

Foliar application of beneficial microbes, humic acid, amino acids, kelp and trace minerals to give the plants an extra boost as they continue to establish from the fall and spring planting. The project doesn’t end when the last plant goes in, I continue to monitor and support through the first growing season. Establishment is success, not the installation.

No chemicals or synthetic fertilizers, just simply working with nature. 🌱
