The Independent Historian Tutor

The Independent Historian Tutor Offers history tutoring, teaching, and proofreading essays and books. At the end of that semester, I ran out of federal financial aid loans and Pell Grant.

I Mike Casteel, The Independent Historian Tutor, I love history and it all started at a young age (third grade) when I found out that three of my family members has served in World War II and one of them died a year prior to receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor in the United States Army. I went to a community college in Vancouver, Washington prior to transferring to the University of Hawaii at Hilo (UHH). The last semester I took from UHH was the Spring 2019 Semester earning an overall total of 102.65 credits out of 120 credits to earn a bachelor's degree in history with three minors: East Asia, European, and United States. All I have left are elective credits to complete my degree. I would like to assist all ages in their history classes either through zoom or in person. The going rate is $25.00 per hour to tutor history. Offer full-time, part-time hours of tutoring. I will show enthusiasm to the students and assist them to understand the material that they are learning for their history classes. I also offer to proofread essays or even books.

Anyone interested in any Government and Military Documents from any of country’s national archives, including military personnel records prior to 2000?

I do research from the National Archives in other countries besides the United States!

I’m starting up a business and I will be an independent researcher as contractor that is not linked to the national archives but they advertise the independent researchers. I will be doing the research job from home since I do not have money to travel to Maryland and Kansas. The research is mostly on World War II military documents. A new school year started. If anyone needs help in History and Social Studies, feel free to contact me. I love history ever since third grade and I even majored in Bachelor of Arts in History with three minors: east Asia, European, and United States History. I transformed my senior thesis essay into a book that was published in December, 2019.
