I do research from the National Archives in other countries besides the United States!

I Mike Casteel, The Independent Historian Tutor, I love history and it all started at a young age (third grade) when I found out that three of my family members has served in World War II and one of them died a year prior to receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor in the United States Army. I went to a community college in Vancouver, Washington prior to transferring to the University of Hawaii
I’m starting up a business and I will be an independent researcher as contractor that is not linked to the national archives but they advertise the independent researchers. I will be doing the research job from home since I do not have money to travel to Maryland and Kansas. The research is mostly on World War II military documents.
