Academics: Expect to obtain and maintain a high level of scholarly achievement with a GPA of at least 2.00. Empower each other and ourselves to take responsibility in our education and educating others as our number one priority. Take responsibility towards the mission we as a group stand for by empowering each other to set the standard and have the ability to go beyond.
Sisterhood: A bond of strong motivated women with a common interest education, empowerment and mentorship. “One for all and all for one” lifelong loyalty to one another and the coalition.
Leadership: We aim to help one another, the sorority and our community to grow, flourish and succeed. It is a sister’s lifelong responsibility to serve future sisters through their personal and professional self development and growth.
Multiculturalism: As a sisterhood we embrace, celebrate and bring awareness of the Latina culture and heritage to those whom we come across in our journey. Through shared experiences and learning we as a sisterhood appreciate the multiculturalism of all individuals.
