My lifes’s work/passion is teaching yoga/qigong to children of all ages. If you live in Ventura County/Conejo Valley please share this offering. Children need time and space to breathe and move in non-competitive ways...especially now. My outdoor classes are my favorite because they’re in nature! Sending love to you all.
