Game 1
Vallivue Freshman Falcons Stymied By Kuna Freshman Kavemen

Vallivue Freshman Falcons couldn't keep up with Kuna Freshman Kavemen and fell 9-2 on Saturday at Vallivue High School.

Kuna Freshman Kavemen jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after an error scored one run, Cohen Hodgson drew a walk, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.

Kuna Freshman Kavemen added one run in the second. Gaige Tingey flew out, making the score 5-2.

Kuna Freshman Kavemen added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Cache Adams flew out, and Dayton Reno singled to the left side of the infield, each scoring one run.

Korbin Nicholson pitched four innings in relief for Vallivue Freshman Falcons. The hurler surrendered five hits and four runs (three earned) while, striking out one and walking two. Tyler Davison began the game for Vallivue Freshman Falcons. The righty gave up one hit and five runs (three earned) over one inning, striking out one and walking four. Donavan Godard stepped on the bump first for Kuna Freshman Kavemen. The righty allowed two hits and two runs (one earned) over two and one-third innings, striking out three and walking four.

Tyler Davison led Vallivue Freshman Falcons with one run batted in. Korbin Nicholson, Garrett Hubler, Jamison Dillwith, and Stephin Malone each collected one hit for Vallivue Freshman Falcons.

Gaige Tingey drove the middle of the lineup, leading Kuna Freshman Kavemen with two runs batted in. Kuna Freshman Kavemen's Connor Miller, the number eight hitter, led Kuna Freshman Kavemen with two hits in three at bats. Gaige Tingey and Keola Calaycay each stole multiple bases for Kuna Freshman Kavemen. Kuna Freshman Kavemen worked the count all day, collecting six walks. Kuna Freshman Kavemen ran wild on the base paths, tallying nine stolen bases for the game.

Vallivue Freshman Falcons Claim Victory Over Kuna Freshman Kavemen

Vallivue Freshman Falcons were triumphant over Kuna Freshman Kavemen 6-4 on Saturday at Vallivue High School.

Kuna Freshman Kavemen got on the board in the first inning after one run scored on another play.

Vallivue Freshman Falcons captured the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the first after Tyler Davison grounded into a fielder's choice, and , each scoring one run.

Kuna Freshman Kavemen scored on a wild pitch, which helped Kuna Freshman Kavemen tie the game at two in the top of the second.

An inside the park home run by Gaige Tingey gave Kuna Freshman Kavemen the lead, 3-2, in the top of the fourth.

Vallivue Freshman Falcons captured the lead, 5-3, in the bottom of the fifth when Garrett Hubler tripled, scoring two runs, and Stephin Malone singled, scoring one run.

Stephin Malone stepped on the mound first for Vallivue Freshman Falcons. The starter surrendered four hits and three runs (one earned) over four and two-thirds innings, striking out six and walking one. Grant Anderson stepped on the mound first for Kuna Freshman Kavemen. The pitcher surrendered one hit and two runs over three innings, striking out two and walking five. Finn Vadapalli appeared in relief for Vallivue Freshman Falcons.

Garrett Hubler led Vallivue Freshman Falcons with two runs batted in. The catcher went 2-for-4 on the day. Finn Vadapalli led Vallivue Freshman Falcons with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, collecting nine walks for the game.

Gaige Tingey went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. Ryan Tellez, Gaige Tingey, Alston Fletcher, Dayton Reno, and Donavan Godard each collected one hit for Kuna Freshman Kavemen. Kuna Freshman Kavemen turned one double play in the game. Kuna Freshman Kavemen were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Gaige Tingey had the most chances in the field with six.

Vallivue Varsity Falcons Loses Pitchers Duel To Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights

Both teams were strong on the mound on Saturday, but Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights was just a little bit stronger at the plate in their 2-0 victory over Vallivue Varsity Falcons. Isaac Farrell started the game for Vallivue Varsity Falcons and recorded 17 outs.

Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights opened the scoring in the bottom of the sixth thanks to two singles. Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights first got on the board when Cooper Chapman singled, scoring one run.

Jaxson Brady earned the win for Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights. The starter gave up three hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out 11 and walking two. Isaac Farrell took the loss for Vallivue Varsity Falcons. The hurler went five and two-thirds innings, surrendering two runs (zero earned) on seven hits, striking out three and walking one.

Clay Cope, Isaac Farrell, and Jayden Cagle each collected one hit for Vallivue Varsity Falcons.

Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights's Sy Wong, the number seven hitter, led Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights with two hits in three at bats.

Vallivue Junior Varsity Falcons Fall To Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks After Surrendering Big Fifth Inning

Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks scored six runs in the fifth inning, which helped them defeat Vallivue Junior Varsity Falcons 11-1 on Saturday at Columbia High School.

Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks were the first to get on the board in the first when Diego Alfaro singled, scoring one run.

Kaison Macleod grounded out, which helped Vallivue Junior Varsity Falcons tie the game at one in the top of the second.

Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks jumped into the lead in the bottom of the third when one run scored on a dropped third strike, Joel Henry singled, scoring two runs, and Kasen Bettencourt grounded out, scoring one run.

Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks scored six runs on four hits in the bottom of the fifth inning. An error scored one run, Tyden Blacker drew a walk, scoring one run, Travis Apelian doubled, scoring two runs, and Jaxon Tyson doubled, scoring two runs.

Kaidin Hicks opened the game for Vallivue Junior Varsity Falcons. The lefty surrendered 10 hits and nine runs (four earned) over four and one-third innings, striking out three and walking two. Joel Henry started on the mound for Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks. The pitcher allowed one hit and one run over five innings, striking out six and walking one.

Kaison Macleod led Vallivue Junior Varsity Falcons with one run batted in. Kaidin Hicks led Vallivue Junior Varsity Falcons with one hit in one at bat.

Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks piled up 12 hits in the game. Camdon Burkey, Diego Alfaro, Travis Apelian, Sawyer Behrens, and Jaxon Tyson each collected two hits for Skyview Junior Varsity Hawks. Nampa Varsity Bulldogs Fall After Strong Showing By Vallivue

Nampa Varsity Bulldogs couldn't keep up with Vallivue and fell 10-2 on Thursday at Bishop Kelly.

Nampa Varsity Bulldogs were the first to get on the board in the first when Bradley Norman doubled, scoring one run.

Vallivue jumped back into the lead in the top of the second inning after Jayden Cagel singled down the left field line, Dax Childs walked, and E Montoya singled to left field, each scoring one run.

A single by Baren Vadapalli extended the Vallivue lead to 4-1 in the top of the third inning.

Baren Vadapalli earned the win for Vallivue. The starting pitcher allowed three hits and two runs over five innings, striking out four and walking six. Blake Smith pitched three innings in relief for Nampa Varsity Bulldogs. The pitcher gave up four hits and two runs while, striking out four and walking none. Brittyn Garman took the loss for Nampa Varsity Bulldogs. The pitcher went two innings, surrendering three runs (two earned) on three hits, striking out one and walking two.

Ryan Wallingford, Bradley Norman, Jaxon Wade, and Brittyn Garman each collected one hit for Nampa Varsity Bulldogs. Bradley Norman and Jaxon Wade each drove in one run for Nampa Varsity Bulldogs. Chase Reynolds led Nampa Varsity Bulldogs with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, tallying seven walks for the game.

Vallivue tallied 13 hits in the game. Baren Vadapalli led Vallivue with five runs batted in. The pitcher went 4-for-4 on the day. Isaac Farrel, Clay Cope, and Banks Sedillos each collected multiple hits for Vallivue. Jayden Cagel stole two bases. Vallivue stole five bases in the game. Vallivue didn't commit a single error in the field. Carson Cyganik had the most chances in the field with eight.
