’Tis the season. Our offices are festive and fully in the holiday spirit — even our shipping crew joined the fun, and we love to see it. The ornaments featured in this year’s photo were designed and fabricated by our own team members, a fitting reflection of the creativity and craftsmanship they bring to our customers every day.

As we close out a busy year of building systems, supporting processors, and investing in our community, we take a moment to appreciate the people who make it all possible. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

To ensure our team can enjoy the season with their families and loved ones, our offices will be closed this Thursday and Friday. We’ll reopen Monday, ready to finish the year strong.

We were proud to launch our first REYCO Food Drive last week—and even prouder to deliver multiple barrels of donations to the Idaho Foodbank in Meridian. Together, our team helped stock shelves that directly support families across the Treasure Valley.

A sincere thank-you to everyone who contributed. Your generosity turned this effort into meaningful, real-world support for neighbors who need it most. This is what matters at REYCO—showing up for our community and standing with those who have less, especially as we enter the holiday season.

Last Friday, our team had the privilege of participating in the Miracle on the Dirt Auction at the Canyon County Fair Livestock Building. This annual event directly supports two organizations creating meaningful impact in our community—the Boys & Girls Club of Canyon County and the Caldwell Night Rodeo Foundation.

This year, we were proud to contribute a fully custom auction package built around a handcrafted steel firepit and matching roasting sticks—designed and fabricated in-house by our talented REYCO team. Their skill and dedication turned this concept into a standout piece, and we’re grateful for the pride they put into representing our company and our community.

Last week, REYCO Systems welcomed students from Elevate Academy for hands-on tours of our facility on Wednesday, October 22nd, and Thursday, October 23rd.

Elevate Academy is a unique, career-focused public charter school that gives students the opportunity to learn skilled trades alongside core academics. Their mission is to equip students with real-world skills and career readiness—whether in welding, construction, or manufacturing—helping them graduate ready to enter Idaho’s growing industries with confidence.

During their visit, students explored how our systems are engineered, fabricated, and assembled to power some of the world's most advanced food processing lines. Their curiosity, enthusiasm, and sharp questions reminded us that the future of manufacturing is in great hands.

A big thank-you to the teachers and mentors at Elevate Academy for effectively bridging education and industry. REYCO is proud to support programs that help students find purpose, build skills, and see firsthand how innovation happens in the workplace.

This month, we’re proud to recognize two outstanding employees — 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄 and 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿 — who were honored with the Safety Hero Award, presented by WCF Insurance.

Billy consistently integrates safety into every aspect of the job, especially when teams are mobilized on customer sites. He leads with engagement and accountability — making daily Job Hazard Analyses and toolbox talks more than a checklist. He challenges his team to think critically about potential hazards and take ownership of their own safety. By sharing his experience and maintaining open dialogue, Billy has built trust and made safety a natural part of everyday work. He’s a prime example of how effective supervision sets the tone for a safe workplace.

Martie exemplifies what it means to lead with safety at the forefront. She goes beyond setting guidelines — she builds culture. Through consistent leadership, she ensures safety is prioritized in every discussion and decision. Martie’s training approach focuses on understanding the “why” behind each protocol, empowering every team member to recognize risks and respond effectively. Her proactive identification and resolution of potential hazards have prevented accidents before they happen. Her leadership, initiative, and passion for safety continue to elevate the entire organization.
