"Southeast Asia meets West Africa. For those who don't know, Kratom is a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia used in herbal medicine, with "opioid properties and some stimulant-like effects" that tastes very bitter and was legalised just before cannabis in Thailand. Bissap is what we call sweet Roselle (Hibiscus flower) tea in West Africa and coincidentally, Roselle is native to West Africa and was "spread" to Southeast Asia "in the 16th and early 17th centuries".

The idea behind this particular tea is to mask the Kratom bitterness with the sweetness of the Bissap. And this one is tasty! 🤤 With balanced flavours from the Roselle, ginger, cinnamon, mint and balanced sweetness from the honey. It's a good pick-me-up drink, similar to coffee in effect and to be consumed in moderation." 🇸🇱🇨🇮🇹🇭✌🏽

The hogs collaborated with local legend Nicolas to make his mum's Bissap recipe crafted with Kratom.
