When I look at the placings from our recent Tournament in Wisconsin, I could'nt be more proud of all of you. Realizing that there will be times that you will not always meet your goals as it relates to competition, I can still see your growth. I can see those who will be Grand Champions in the future, and many who are repeat Grand Champions. With all of that, never forget that your charactor and behaivor is far more important than any trophy that you will EVER win! Keep Training, keep growing keep learning. Master Jeff Wheeler

You know that you have a good instructor/teacher/ coach when they demonstrate flexibilty and creativity to help thier students/athelets succeed and develop.

"The way it's always been done" is an antiquated and stiffling view-point to the way things could or should be done now, while getting (watch this) the same or BETTER results.

"My way or the highway" should no longer be the standard in any teaching enviornment.

"Imagine living in a world where your differences are not deficits", and where different is not viewed as wrong! It's just different!

Think of what we teach, and more importantly how we teach, and how it will benifit those who have variying learning styles or even challenges. "One size DOES NOT fit all".

When we keep these things in mind. Those of us who have been gifted with the opportunity to share our knowledge with others, will see them gain, improve and grow, beyond our (and their) imagination.
