Five years ago, this kid wandered into my studio. She was eager, curious, and bright-eyed.

Since then, I’ve watched her grow into a gritty, grounded, and confident actress who never stops asking questions or pushing herself to grow and play.

Sarah, you brought such heart, intelligence, and playfulness to the character. Your voice was gorgeous, and you played beautifully off of your (also incredibly talented) Tarzan. You did the work, and you continue to prove your amazing adaptability and range as an actress and singer.

I couldn’t be prouder of the artist you’ve become. Congratulations on another beautiful performance.

Bravo to the entire cast of Tarzan, and a special shoutout to all of my current students and alumni.

Tonight we had the joy of cheering on some of our Color Your Voice students in Dear Evan Hansen and wow, what a beautiful performance. 💙

A very special shoutout to one of our longtime Broadway Babies, Eliana Erdmann Eliana . We couldn’t be prouder as you head back to Viterbo University this fall to continue working toward your BFA in Musical Theatre. You were so honest and anchored up there. Keep shining, Eliana!

Welcome to Color Your Voice!

We’re a youth voice and performing arts studio in Burnsville, MN, focused on helping kids and teens build skills and confidence, on stage and off.

Whether a student feels at home performing in front of a crowd, or has no interest in performance and just loves to sing, they are welcome here.

Each young artist brings their own story, and that's always the best place to start.

Together we work on singing, acting, musical theater, audition prep, and performance skills in a warm, supportive studio inside Headline Dance Center. Our goal is not to turn every student into the loudest person in the room. It’s to help them become more confident, expressive, and connected to their own voice.

A creative harbor where confidence and artistry grow.

Students ages 8–18 from Burnsville, Lakeville, and across the south metro.

This kid blew me away. 🫶✨ Olivia, you didn’t just put on a great show – you produced a beautifully multifaceted event from scratch while also starting rehearsals for another show in a starring role. Squirrel, you are going places! 🐿️ You made something out of nothing, and that takes true vision and grit. I can’t wait to see where you end up next. Well, you have a voice lesson tomorrow, so I guess I'll see you at the studio tomorrow 😝. Your energy is unstoppable. 💛🔥
