Today, we kicked off our 'Topper Pride' quickness & agility workouts and we’re just getting started! 💪 Every Wednesday at 6:45 AM, it’s your chance to boost your speed, agility, and get energized for the day—all in just 20 minutes. Quick workout, quick shower, and you’re off to class with time to spare.

Why join? Because 20 minutes here equals faster sprints, sharper turns, and better game-day performance. ⏱️🏃 Plus, who doesn't want to feel more awake for that first period? 📚
