Burlington County Community Action Program- Head Start and Early Head Start Free Early Childhood Development Program for income eligible children (birth to five) and pregnant women. Early Head Start also serves pregnant women.

Head Start and Early Head Start are national programs that promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families. Head Start and Early Head Start serve low-income children birth to five; including children with disabilities.
