When Kyle Viking Fiber Company offered his Iceland inspired yarn subscription, I signed up and told him I wanted three skeins of his DK in coordinated colors for shawl knitting. This shawl is knit from the first set of color ways. I didn’t use any specific pattern. I wanted a project that I could take with me and not worry about an intricate pattern. I am currently traveling so I don’t have the exact three colors used.
I started with the darker blue-gray variegated, then moved to the lighter. The ruffle is a solid tonal. I used a 4mm (US 7) needle.
This super-wash merino wool has all the squish factor. Thanks Kyle for a lovely yarn trio.
