If you have an Apple iPhone, iPad, or Mac computer you are advised to install the latest security updates to fix security issues.
Apple released urgent security fixes for iOS (14.7.1) and MacOS 11 Big Sur (11.5.1) on July 26, 2021, to address security issues that are being exploited in active attacks.

What you should do:
To see what version is on your iOS phone/iPad:
Go to: Settings > General > Software Update
If you see “Your software is up to date.” - you are running the latest version and do not need to do anything
If device displays options for a software update: Tap Download and Install
For Mac computers running the macOS:
Click on the Apple Menu
Click Software Update
Click Update Now
You may need to restart your computer after installing the update.
