We won’t be at the Farmer’s Market tonight, but there is lettuce for sale at Buffalo Gardens and Branch & Vine Herbs!

Our lettuce has struggled a bit in this heat, so in order to fulfil our larger than normal orders for our local restaurants (in preparation for the Longmire crowd) we were unable to attend the Wednesday Market. We do have some lettuce and basil available at Branch & Vine Herbs. We will try to restock both coolers soon and plan to be at the market next Wednesday. Shout out to Pie Zanos, Historic Occidental Hotel, and Tavern 307 for their continued support of New West Greens! Go have a fresh, local salad there soon!

Three of our New West Greens seniors (James, Jay & Iin) traveled with Dr. Hanson and Mrs. Hall to New York City over Spring Break. We were able to tour a school greenhouse in Manhattan that participates in NY Sun Works extensive program of installing hydroponics systems in classrooms across the city. We also took in many NYC landmarks and experiences while we were there.
