"Tara's 3 Week Childbirth Class at Baby Sweet Beginnings is a fantastic course to take if you are wanting to prepare for childbirth and knowing what to expect. The course covered so many topics around birth; the stages of labor, medical interventions, different pain management techniques (pain medicine and natural), afterbirth newborn procedures, postpartum, and more. Tara's knowledge and shared experience really makes the class and we feel much more prepared and ready to go into labor with everything that we learned.
