Happen to forget turning in your permission forms for Project Graduation by the deadline last week?

If you have not turned in your permission forms and still wish to attend, please urgently get turned in this week to the school. We will not be able to accommodate last minute at the door.

Please turn in your paperwork quickly this week to avoid missing out!

Hello All,

On behalf of Project Graduation, we would like to say a big THANKS to all of those who have already shown up, made a donation, helped in any way, or just even voiced their appreciation for this organization! Buckhannon is a small town with a big heart 🤍💙

This Saturday, April 25, 9am-noon is our last fundraiser. Road toll will be set up on RT 20 by the middle school - Tallmansville Road intersection at the red lights.

We currently are about $5k short on our fundraising goal for the year. Please feel free to drop some cash in those buckets Saturday as you drive past to show your love and support for this graduating class!

And if not able to catch us at the road toll but still would like to help, please feel free to send in monetary donations to: BUHS, Attn: Project Graduation, 50 BU Drive, Buckhannon, WV 26201

✔️ Will have info on graduation walk ceremonies at the elementary schools

And will have a staff member present to help answer any other questions that may have about graduation or project graduation.

‼️Seniors- please remember to get your early bird papers turned in by this Friday‼️

If you missed getting your senior packet Monday, please reach out to your counselor. And virtual students were to received via email.
Please turn in all completed paperwork to the school secretary.

And anyone wishing to chaperone the night of Project Graduation, please reach out or make sure to note on the paperwork that turns into the school secretary (was in senior packet of paperwork). There is a background check and an approval process that takes time to get completed.

Next meeting is Wednesday, April 8th at 4:30pm in room 102 at BUHS. All senior parents are encouraged to attend. Graduation day will soon be here!

All senior parents are encouraged to attend. We need to get forms filled out for those anticipating to attend project graduation. The paperwork is a process and takes time to be approved. And will be working on menus and lists of items needed that night, along with ideas for senior items and scholarships. Also, need to discuss another fundraiser idea.

May 22 will be here soon!

We would like to give our big THANKS and much appreciation to so many tonight! Whether you donated something, helped in any way, or purchased auction item(s), you showed up for these kids. Your hearts are big and these kids will never forget that!

And we would like to say a big THANKS to the 6 senior students who showed up and helped, along with the letters written by 2 of the seniors that Aaron read to the crowd during the auction.

Aaron Harris, along with his entire family and crews at the Outpost and Daily Grind - THANKS doesn’t cover what all you done for these kids tonight. Please know that you are much appreciated!
