One Man Band time!! We were joined by our new friend Nick who performed as a one man band. Nick had a number of instruments hooked up to him and played some real jazzy beats! Thank you Nick! You are more than welcome to come back!

Oh what an amazing visit from Patrice: The Movie stars, Patrice and Gary. Patrice and Gary spoke to our residents about what it’s like dealing with a disability and also answered some fun questions. These two individuals are advocates for disability rights. They are now part of the St. Edmonds family! Thank you Gary and Patrice for everything you do for those with disabilities. Ye-hawww!! Each week at Camp Rainbow we have a different theme! This weeks theme is the Wild West. We participated in horse races today where the residents picked what cowboy attire they wanted to wear. We made it extra competitive!

Put me in Coach! Today we hosted our 3rd annual Color Wars Baseball Game, putting the Blue Team vs. the Red Team. When it was all over, The Red Team won with a whopping score of 16 runs! Everyone did a great job running the bases and hitting the ball! Here's to next year!

Welcome to the Jungle! We were joined by Jungle John Entertainment and his amazing animals! Thank you Jungle John, we really enjoyed it!

Splish Splash! Camp Rainbow brings a variety of activities but one we really enjoy is getting in the pool! The therapeutic pool we have gives all residents a chance to experience range of motion in the water. And it is also FUN! We love playing volleyball and water basketball with our friends and camp staff. We don't want summer to come to an end!

A BIG THANK YOU to the Delaware Children's Museum for being so accommodating today for one of our summer camp community trips. We were welcomed with FREE attendance due to a grant the museum received. At the end of the trip, we also received free coupons for ice cream at the mini golf course next door! What a wonderful morning! Thank you Delaware Children's Museum!

All Star Week Kick Off! We are so excited that the MLB All Star Game is in Philadelphia that we had to travel too the MLB All Star Village! We were lucky to get on the field and knock some homers out of the park! (We have no favoritism for the Philadelphia Phillies). We can't wait for the big game!

July is Disability Pride Month. At St. Edmonds we believe in empowering our residents to do anything they set their minds too. Each individual has a voice and we believe in advocating for their needs. We celebrate them thru their different accomplishments and believe in fostering relationships for anyone with a disability. Please help us in celebrating this month and thank those who have done so many amazing things!

We started our Monday with a puppet show. A big thank you to Puppets Pizzazz for coming in to perform during our summer camp program!
