This one’s from a few months back at the BCS Classic, but it’s too good not to share now that I finally got the video! 💪

Chad Jones and I teamed up for our second competition together this year — two over-50 athletes proving that age doesn’t slow you down, it just adds more strategy, laughter, and a whole lot of grit. 😎🔥

So grateful I got to do what I love alongside such a great friend. We had a blast strategizing, teaming up, and tackling every workout together. 🙌

Big thanks to Kristie Jones for always being our biggest cheerleader — that bright, mega-watt smile in the crowd never went unnoticed. 💛

Miss having Chad here in Katy, but so thankful for the memories and moments like these.
