So many mamas spend months and even years sleep deprived! It is absolutely possible to work on laying a healthy sleep foundation from day one resulting in longer stretches of sleep earlier! 6-8 hour stretches starting around 2 months old! If putting all the sleep pieces together seems too overwhelming, then my written course, “A Research-Based, Holistic and Responsive Approach to Baby & Toddler Sleep” is just what you need! And, it’s 10% off right now!! Click the link in my bio! 💜

If anything it actually improves secure attachment! Mom and baby are one unit and if mom is struggling because of sleep deprivation then that’s not good for baby, resulting in secure attachment being messed with. If you are a mama ready to go from surviving to thriving! Ready for a couple hours in the evening to do whatever you want then get a full 8 hours of sleep then the next day feel refreshed and present… my written course, “A Research-Based, Holistic and Responsive Approach to Baby & Toddler Sleep” is just what you need! And, it currently 10% off! Click the link in my bio 🥰
