Menu choices for Saturday, August 27.

Tenderloin medallions with a large sea scallop, in a white cream sauce.

Prime Rib - 14 or 16 oz

Walleye fillet, broiled or deep fried

Chicken Marsala/pasta

All entrees will come with your choice of soup
or salad and a breadstick.

Sides to entrees will include:

Rice pilaf
In season veggie
Baked potato
Mashed potatoes

I got info on dinner for our class reunion.
Preliminary quote per meal is $25.

There will be four dishes to choose from. Anyone have dietary preferences?

I need a final count 1week before the event.

Working on getting in contact with Kristi (Brown) Olson for dinner at the Buckhorn Bar. They did my mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary and they did a great job and was reasonably priced.
Date: August 26-28. Keep it open!
