A few more photos from our Land-Based Learning trip to Choteau! πŸ“Έ

Students had the chance to visit the museum and experience learning beyond the classroom. These opportunities create lasting memories while helping students connect what they're learning to the world around them.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip a success. We love seeing our students learn, grow, and explore! ❀️

On May 22, 2026, BPS and BFCC students, families, staff, and community members came together for an exciting and energetic YES Program Fun Run! The event was filled with laughter, encouragement, and plenty of smiles as participants challenged themselves, supported one another, and celebrated the importance of healthy living.

The Fun Run provided an opportunity for students to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy time outdoors while promoting teamwork, perseverance, and community engagement. Whether participants ran, jogged, or walked, everyone contributed to making the day a success.

A special thank you to our staff, volunteers, families, and supporters who helped organize and encourage our students every step of the way. Your dedication helps create memorable experiences that inspire our youth to lead healthy, active, and successful lives.

πŸ¦– 2+2 Land-Based Learning Adventure πŸ¦–

On May 26, 2026, our 2+2 teachers and their students had an incredible opportunity to participate in a Land-Based Learning field trip to the museum in Choteau, Montana! This hands-on educational experience allowed students to step outside the classroom and connect with history, culture, and the natural world in a meaningful way.

Throughout the day, students explored exhibits, learned about Montana's rich heritage, and gained a deeper understanding of the land and the stories it holds. Experiences like these help bring learning to life by encouraging curiosity, discovery, and a stronger connection to our communities and environment.

We are grateful to our dedicated teachers, staff, and chaperones who helped make this trip possible, and to the museum staff for providing such an engaging and educational experience for our students.

The YES Program and 2+2 Initiative remain committed to creating opportunities that combine education, culture, and community through experiential learning. We are proud of our students for their enthusiasm, respect, and eagerness to learn throughout the trip.

πŸ—ΊοΈβœ¨ Campus Scavenger Hunt Adventure at Blackfeet Community College! βœ¨πŸ—ΊοΈ

On March 27th, our placement students had the opportunity to support 4th–8th-grade students during an exciting scavenger hunt across the Blackfeet Community College campus.

Students explored different buildings, worked together in teams, and discovered clues that led them throughout campus. Along the way, they learned about the Blackfeet language and the powerful stories and meanings behind the names of each building. πŸŒΏπŸ“š

It was an engaging day full of movement, curiosity, and cultural learning as students connected more deeply with the campus and community around them. Our placement students played a key role in guiding, supporting, and encouraging the younger students throughout the experience. πŸ€πŸ’™

πŸ€πŸŽ‰ March Madness Fun at Browning Elementary! πŸŽ‰πŸ€

On March 26th, our YES Program students had an amazing time participating in a March Madness-themed basketball event alongside the 2nd and 3rd-grade students!

It was a day full of energy, teamwork, and school spirit as students engaged in bracket-style games, cheered each other on, and learned the importance of sportsmanship and encouragement. Our Browning Public Schools High School students also stepped up as leaders, helping guide and support the younger students throughout the activities. πŸ€πŸ’™

From exciting matchups to nonstop smiles, the event was a perfect mix of fun, learning, and community building. We are so proud of all the students who participated and made the day such a success! πŸ†
