Participants will complete a brief AI leadership self-assessment and be placed into one of two groups:
1. Beginner AI Leadership Skills: Foundational modeling and guided practice for leaders new to AI
2. Developing AI Leadership Skills: Higher-level analytical, supervisory, and strategic applications for leaders ready to go deeper

By the end of the session, Building Leaders and District Administrators will be able to:
- Lead more efficiently without losing instructional focus using the AI Sandwich Strategy and other transferable skills
- Move from reactive to proactive leadership by applying AI to attendance, scheduling, supervision, and communication
- Strengthen supervision, feedback, and coaching by using AI to draft observation notes and identify instructional trends
- Model deeper learning as a leader by using AI as a thought partner for critical thinking and leadership decisions
- Translate NYCPS and NYS AI guidance into school-specific, actionable leadership practices to turn policy into action
