Please join the Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Preparation Program (YMTP²) in coordination with the NYCDOE Office of School Climate & Wellbeing, today, Friday May 6, 2022, from 10:00 - 10:45 A.M. EST.

During this 45-minute session, YMTP² teachers will lead breath, yoga, and mindfulness practices. These sessions offer opportunities for students and staff to engage in self-regulation, enhanced reflection, and stress and anxiety reduction.
