In under 12 days, I am happy to share Apartment at One Hanson Place in Fort Greene is IN CONTRACT and off the market!

This spacious loft-like condo with exceptional light, unobstructed city views & lots is special details, in the iconic triple-landmarked Brooklyn building, elicited joy from many who previewed the space. So much so, that it sold for $100K over the asking price quickly!

A home tells a story and special spaces evoke aspiration. The lucky buyer walked in and immediately felt a connection to how my clients were living in their apartment. The feeling evoked that famous quote... "I'll have what she's having." I am representing an authentic lifestyle of my friend/client and the buyer wants a slice of that vision for her own next chapter in life. I love when everything comes together in perfect alignment and for this, I think it has. Wishing everyone a smooth closing.

Do I contradict myself? / Very well then I contradict myself, / (I am large, I contain multitudes.” - Walt Whitman

This quote says it all. 💥 It's been a while since I’ve done an intro here, so here I go. I’m Hope, born in Queens, raised in Long Island. Though many people make fun of us from the suburbs, I did enjoy growing up there. While I love the nature and the space, as a kid I always longed to be a city girl & I made those dreams come true after college. I’ve lived in Brooklyn and have been running around the city ever since. 💎

I raised my daughter in Brooklyn, alongside her cousins, and now she’s in college, so the hubby and I are empty-nesters. It's still strange, but since she’s good, we are good.💜

As a Real Estate Advisor with Compass, I support clients achieve their goals from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable creating a sacred sanctuary to call home. ⭐️ Owning a mixed-use property in Brooklyn for over 20 years has taught me a lot of things.💥

I’ve always loved helping people dream big and take action towards the life they want to live. As a coach, that was always the intention. I kickstarted my career in fashion for many years & if you survive the fashion industry, you can literally do anything.😀 Still love fashion though.💎

What is something we have in common? Let’s connect.☀️

SOLD! 💎 Apartment #905 is a spacious one-bedroom Co-op in beautiful Clinton Hill, Brooklyn at 195 Willoughby Avenue. Representing the sellers, we were so happy to have achieved our timeline to be in contract within 30 days & to close before the new year! How? Through strategic positioning with Compass Private Exclusives & intentional, creative marketing. With a bidding war & multiple back ups, we have culminated with a successful close. (It's not as easy as reality TV portrays.) 😊

I supported these clients on the buy-side as well, as they wanted to move to Bed Stuy & recently bought a condo there. Now we have come full circle & I am very grateful.💜

Clinton Hill is a lovely community in prime Brooklyn, rich in history with a dynamic cultural scene. (Swipe for a glimpse of the local Clinton Hill block party vibes.)💃🏽

I have a two-bedroom listing coming up in the new year in the building, so stay tuned.💥

If you are contemplating a move, and are exploring Brooklyn or Downtown Manhattan, I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to DM me.💎

My husband shared the info about the Halloween block party hosted by in Clinton Hill because he knew it was right up my alley. So spontaneously my friend & I walked over to get our dance on.🎶 And that we did! 💥 I knew would not disappoint.😊

I originally shared this video on my stories... a special moment I captured that symbolized everything I stand for in this life & precisely why I chose to live my adult life in Brooklyn & raised my daughter in Bed Stuy. It's actually what I've always wanted for humans...especially since I'm a mixed girl, part of the Loving Generation. I have always wished race wasn't a thing & that black & white people could just love for who they are.

Not only that, I am a forever party girl... so these elders just killing it, evokes so much joy! 💥 So much so that this video has blown up to my surprise & is giving so many so much joy!

May we all dance forever until we can't move. Let these girls inspire!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you to for giving Brooklyn the music & the joy & community we all desperately need right now.❤️

My client Roberto reminded me of my Italian great-uncles. His thick Italian accent may have been challenging for our team, but I got it.  This retiree wanted a comfortable one bedroom apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn where he has been living for awhile. His particular situation was challenging, but I found a lender that would work with him and a seller that had some patience.💥

It took way longer than normal to get his deal done and it was looking iffy at the tail end, but with sheer dedication and grit from all parties, he was able to have a successful closing. Roberto is thrilled that he now has a sense of security and stability into his golden years. (He was able to co-purchase this co-op with his son, which was a big support for him.)💙

My role as a real estate advisor is a roller coaster ride, but when positive outcomes happen for my clients it is very rewarding. Congratulations Roberto!!!!!⭐️

I love introducing clients to Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, my neighborhood of over 20 years. I'm proud my client was able to purchase this great one bedroom condo in the first Passive House Condo project in Bed Stuy.

This sustainable building delivers exceptional energy efficiency with solar panels, superior indoor air quality, enhanced thermal comfort and much more. ☀️We were able to secure this apartment slightly under market value for $720K for a one bedroom condo with a private outdoor space on a beautiful tree-lined block.🌳

Despite the low inventory, we popped around various neighborhoods looking for just the right condo and this one fulfilled my client's wish list. It always brings me joy to see the big smiles at the closing table and the excitement of new beginnings.⭐️

Sometimes less in more. The simplicity, geometry & composition of this iconic 19th Century warehouse in DUMBO, Brooklyn proves just that.

My IG hubby snapped this shot as we were hanging in DUMBO, which we love to do. We actually were the first couple to get married on the boardwalk at Brooklyn Bridge Park when they first renovated the waterfront over 20 years ago. We hosted our daughter's first birthday there and many others, all the cute kids in my family grew up loving Jane's Carousel, playing in the playgrounds and roller skating...all with the NYC skyline as a backdrop. It's a special place.💜

DUMBO definitely wasn't always like this. I remember the first time I went to DUMBO in the 90s, it was desolate. I was working in fashion and dragging a suitcase full of clothes and garment bags on cobblestone streets, with no one in sight except a few seedy guys lingering around. I was actually scared and asked the photographer, when I got to his loft, why he would be living over there??? Now look!😃.

Times sure have changed! It's still a top destination for the most obsessed pizza lovers🍕...& love the vibrant arts and culture scene.💎
