My family's non-profit, H2 Empower, has launched a fundraiser to financing higher education for top students in Burundi, my father's country. The organization is focused on education and sustainable development in Africa.

These students are counting on us to go to school and get their degrees to become teachers and educate future generations. Click the H2Empower link in my bio to learn more & donate.

My Mom & I launched this non-profit 20 years ago while she was living & working in Ethiopia doing important work as a lifelong educator. The never-ending work continues but we have financed the higher education of many students who are now professionals in a variety of fields, including many doctors!

Congratulations to my dear friend and client Stephanie on the sale of her 2 bedroom condo in Fort Greene. I've found such satisfaction and joy as a real estate advisor supporting clients to achieve their personal goals and dreams.

Stephanie and I met at a baby yoga class in Fort Greene when our girls were the cutest 6 month old babies. Now they are about to be 20!!! We had plenty of playdates at the famed clock tower building when the kids were little. College girls = empty nester life for us and that often means time for some major life transitions.

For this sale, I was able to achieve their financial and time table goals by securing the perfect buyers quickly for above the asking price. There definitely were bumps in the road, but we pushed through to a successful closing.

Now my dear friend is moving to Paris to kickstart a new, exciting phase of life. Change is never easy. I wish the entire family all the very best during all the newness a big move brings forth. Exciting things ahead.

The lovely one bedroom has a great wrap-around terrace overlooking the bedroom and living room with treetop views!. Love it! There is even a fantastic communal rooftop!

This particular building stands out for impeccable design aesthetic and the attention to details. My fab client is a first-time homebuyer who has worked hard to make her Brooklyn dreams come true. Sooo happy for her.

With much gratitude, this July was another trip around the sun for me. Shout out to all the Cancers!!!!!!!🦀🦀🦀♋️

Each year is filled with life lessons and some of my highlights of the moment are:

💎If it’s meant to be, it will be.
💎Patience is a virtue. So is striving for a positive mindset.
💎Release comparison as best as you can because comparison kills joy. Yes, it’s not easy in our world of social media, but it’s so freeing when you do.
💎You are never too old to course correct. Switch things up if you are called to do so.
💎The majority of our multicultural society enjoys living and working together. Look at the vibes of the World Cup and the Knicks win in NYC.💥 It's vital we fight against all that is working really hard to take us down. And they are working overtime!
💎VOTE! Make it a priority to vote for the Midterms like your life depends on it…because it does. Enough is enough.
