Every day of this week we focus on a different global culinary cuisine. While we may have to mix and match continents and countries, we will be traveling the food world for every meal!



Countries we will visit during the week and a sample of what we will make:

Japan (Monday): Sushi & Boba/ Japanese Pancakes/Dumplings

France(Tuesday): Sweet crepes with strawberries and chocolate/Baguettes/Roast Chicken/Eclairs

Italy (wednesday): Zeppole/Lasagna/Pizza/Cannoli

Latin America(Thursday): Ropa Vieja/Arepas/Empanadas/Churros

Mexico(Friday): Breakfast burritos/Tacos w/ homemade tortilla/Enchaladas/Chocolate sauce covered dessert nachos

From the SOIL… to the STOVE… to the TABLE

At this camp your child will:

Learn all about chickens & egg production - yes, we will incubate eggs...

Discover the magic of bees & honey (yes… the SWEET stuff ) examining a comb from the hive - NO BEES ON SITE

Plant their OWN herbs to take home and learn how plants grow—from roots to fruits. We will even grow from roots. Finally, we'll make homemade cheese from fresh milk to use in our pizza recipe!

As for recipes, we will focus on farm to table recipes including:

Fritatta with herbs

Homemade cheese for pizza with fresh dough

Lemon bars for dessert

Oatmeal date granola bars



This is SKILL-BUILDING time- This is MEMORY-MAKING time- Your kids won’t just come home with food…They’ll come home saying:

“I GREW this. I MADE this. I CAN DO THIS.”

Creativity is intelligence having fun! In this camp we will bring STEAM projects into the kitchen and bring food science to life. This is the week we turn the kitchen into a science lab!! We will conduct food experiments, create our own galaxy gourmet menu and have fun with candy making W***y Wonka style, glow in the dark baking, edible slime, giant gummy bear science, cheese making , homemade ice cream and more!
