So, today hitting against the wall I'm reminded that there are a lot of benefits from hitting against the wall, and it is very possible to have an intense lesson with the wall. For one, the ball always comes back, which is great for the pockets and for repetition for muscle memory. Yup! you've got it. At this point who doesn't have it? You know what I mean, added weight. There is no way you haven't gained some weight during this time. Even the most disciplined of athletes have gained some weight. During self isolation it is easy and possible to gain an extra 15 pounds or 2. The weight I've gained during this time of self isolation reminds me of the weight gained while at college, better known as the dreaded "freshman 15" - during this quarantine there is an all-I-can-eat “dining hall”, I’m experiencing a significant amount of stress, and I can’t go out when I want.
