Looking for lunch? See what our student chefs are cooking up!

The Hennepin Room at our Brooklyn Park campus is more than a place to grab a meal; it’s a student lab for Hennepin Tech’s Culinary program.

Student chefs serve lunch and brunch Monday–Friday, with service running until 1 p.m. Menus, dates, and service times are based on student learning outcomes, so the experience can change from day to day.

Stop by the Hennepin Room each day to check the menu and see if the dining room is open.
