Phipps Community Development Corp Pre-GED Program A page for the student and participants in the PHiips Community Development Corp Pre-GED Program Classes are open to adults 17 and older.

Phipps CDC provides pre-GED, GED and ESL classes to nearly 400 teens and adults each year at five locations in the Bronx. Students are tested upon enrollment and then periodically to determine when they are ready to be referred to a GED class.
