Let’s be honest…
Many childcare owners are carrying the weight of their entire program on their shoulders.
They’re managing behaviors, putting out fires, stepping into classrooms, handling parent concerns, preparing for licensing visits, and trying to keep teachers motivated all while running a business.
The reality is that many teachers were never given the tools, confidence, or support needed to truly lead a classroom successfully.
That’s why I created The Elevated Educator Experience™.
The strategies I’ll be teaching are the same strategies I use in programs to keep teachers confident, engaged, professional, licensing-ready, and prepared when parents, visitors, and state representatives walk through the door. More importantly, they’re designed to help teachers leave life’s problems at the door and show up as their best selves for the children they serve.
This isn’t a sit-and-listen training.
Teachers will receive:
✨ A Certificate of Completion
✨ An Educator Training Folder
✨ Interactive Games & Team Activities
✨ Classroom Resources & Tools
✨ Real-World Classroom Strategies
✨ A Classroom Reset Plan They Can Implement Immediately
We’ll cover behavior management, classroom schedules, active supervision, ratio awareness, professionalism, teacher burnout, classroom engagement, and creating environments where both children and teachers thrive.
And for those who have attended my Teacher In-Service Training in the past…
This is NOT that training.
The Elevated Educator Experience™ is Teacher Training 2.0.
New content. New tools. New strategies. More interaction. More implementation. More transformation.
If you’re ready to strengthen your team, elevate your classrooms, and create a program that runs smoothly even when you’re not in the room, let’s make it happen.

Today’s reminder:
Stop measuring your progress against someone else’s highlight reel. Your program only needs one thing today: a better version of yesterday. 💛

Y’all, I promise I’m not fussing just to fuss.
I completely understand wanting to do things yourself. Truthfully, there’s nothing wrong with that.
But in childcare, especially right now, there isn’t much room for trial and error.
One mistake.
One misunderstanding.
One piece of bad advice.
One wrong move.
And suddenly you’re dealing with licensing issues, DHS concerns, corrective action plans, or worse.
The only way through this industry right now is the right way.
What I see too often is people trying to piece together information from friends, Facebook groups, providers, and anybody willing to give an opinion. Before long, they’re carrying 10 different answers, overwhelmed, stressed, and more confused than when they started.
Then they come to me when everything is already on fire.
And the truth is, I can’t fix everything.
Some situations could have been avoided if the right guidance was in place from the beginning.
Stop trying to save a few dollars only to lose thousands in mistakes, delays, stress, and setbacks.
Get a mentor.
Get qualified guidance.
Get one clear voice.
Because everybody with a daycare is not a mentor, and everybody giving advice is not qualified to lead you.
I’d rather help you build it right the first time than watch you try to recover from something that never had to happen.

As providers, we naturally want to help everyone.
We share resources, answer questions, give advice and genuinely want to see other programs thrive.
But I need to say this clearly:
Playing mentor does not make you a consultant. And giving someone advice based on your experience, your licensor, or your county can have serious consequences for their program.
Not every licensing worker is the same. Not every county operates the same way. Not every state interprets policy the same way. What worked for you could get someone else cited or worse.
There’s a difference between being supportive and overstepping your lane.
If someone needs real guidance on licensing, STARS, compliance, expansion… point them to a professional. That’s what we’re here for.
Keep celebrating each other. Keep sharing encouragement. But know the difference between cheering someone on and leading them somewhere you’re not qualified to take them.
Some of the most damaging advice comes from the most well-meaning people.
Stay in your lane. It protects everyone!! Including you. ♥️

If you are struggling with a lack of motivation or procrastination, study and read Proverbs 13:4, Colossians 3:23 & Galatians 6:9..
Here’s a prayer to pray to help you break the cycle: 🙏🏽✨
Dear God,
Please help me stop putting off the things You have called me to do. Give me discipline, focus, and motivation in this season.
Help me not to waste time in fear, excuses, or distractions.
Teach me to be diligent, consistent, and faithful with what You have placed in my hands.
Amen ✨

✨ It’s Friday! ✨
Take a moment today to pour into the people who help pour into your program.
Tell a teacher something they’re doing well. Compliment their work ethic. Acknowledge their patience, consistency, creativity, or the way they love on your children each day.
A simple “I appreciate you” can go a long way.
Your teachers are more than employees!! They are a vital part of your program’s success. When people feel valued, they show up even stronger. 💕🍎✨

Greed will talk you out of your own blessing.
I’ve watched it happen where people negotiate themselves out of good deals, burn bridges over a few extra dollars, and walk away from divine connections because they were convinced something bigger was coming. And sometimes… nothing came.
Not every opportunity is a lottery ticket. Some are door openers. Some are relationship builders. Some are simply God positioning you for what He already has planned and they don’t look like much on the surface.
But wisdom knows the difference.
Greed asks: “What else can I get?”
Wisdom asks: “How do I steward what God already placed in my hands?”
Prayer shifted this for me. When I operate in gratitude, I see clearly. I recognize the opportunity, I move with discernment, and I don’t overlook what’s right in front of me. But when I let greed creep in, all I can see is what I think I’m missing instead of what I already have.
Childcare provider. Care based business owner. Consultant. Entrepreneur… this is for you:
✨ The deal in front of you might not be your millions. It might be your momentum. Don’t negotiate yourself out of your next season because you couldn’t recognize the blessing God wrapped in a smaller package.
Steward it well. The multiplication comes after the faithfulness.
