Larry Boone Jr.’s journey to becoming the CEO & Founder of Larry Boone Speakers Network LLC wasn’t built overnight—it was built through purpose, perseverance, and a calling to impact lives.

For nearly two decades, Larry has worked on the frontlines of the juvenile justice system, serving youth and families during some of their most challenging moments. In that role, he didn’t just enforce rules—he built relationships. He saw firsthand the struggles many young people face: lack of direction, limited resources, broken systems, and the absence of someone who truly believed in them.

But Larry chose to be that someone.

Through his work, he discovered a deeper calling—one that went beyond case management and supervision. He realized his voice, his story, and his ability to connect with people had the power to inspire change on a much larger scale.

At the same time, Larry was investing in himself. He earned his degree in Business Administration and later his Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, equipping himself not just with experience, but with the education to truly understand human behavior, resilience, and growth.

Yet even with stability in his career, Larry knew he was being called to something greater.

He took a leap of faith.

Fueled by his passion for empowering others and his belief that every student, every individual, has greatness within them, Larry launched Larry Boone Speakers Network LLC—a platform designed to inspire, educate, and transform lives.

What started as a vision has grown into a movement.

Through high-energy keynotes, transformative workshops, and his signature R.I.S.E. (Resilience In Student Excellence) curriculum, Larry has impacted students, professionals, and organizations across the country. His sessions are more than speeches—they are experiences.
