Also, for anyone who missed the memo… LAST DAY OF TECH IS NOW MAY 29th!!
They will be attending tech the day after we get back (23rd)
Out May 26th (Memorial Day)
IN tech May 27-29

We will be going over the night of graduation lock-in things at the beginning of the meeting though. Then anyone not attending the trip is welcome to leave.

We will post notes in here after the meeting for anyone that wasn’t able to attend the meeting 😊
I’m saying mandatory because we want EVERYONE on the same page. Plus I need averyone possible to pickup their trip shirts, lanyards & refunds (if they have one) & get things done!

IF your student intends to play Knockerball @ the night of graduation lock-in & they’re NOT 18 yet, a parent must sign. Please note: the time of this event is actually 10:45-12:45 so disregard what the link says 😊

Subs, pizza, door prizes, grab bags, drinks (we need some capri suns though). We need snacky items & candy please 😊

PLEASE BE THERE (PARENTS & STUDENTS) IF YOU’RE ATTENDING THE SENIOR TRIP OR IF YOU HAVE A STUDENT GOING!
We will be going over:

Things y’all need to make sure to get done
information that you may or may not have checked into yet
Signing: bus waivers for ALL people riding the bus
Handing out: parent & student shirts as well as lanyards & refunds for parents & students if they have money left in their PG accounts.
I will have my laptop & printer for anyone needing to print boarding passes / luggage tags
