Library Day!
The students in the Child of God Learning Program really enjoy library days. After they check out books, they enjoy other learning activities as well. Sorting words into word families with hands-on materials helps increase learning. When children touch, build, and experiment, they activate multiple areas of the brain at the same time. Our Child of God Learning Program uses a lot of hands-on activities to teach kids.
Although the name of the program has changed since we started, this is our 7th year offering it. Over those 7 years, we have had many successful stories of children turning from hating learning to loving it! And stories of students entering the program several grade levels behind academically and moving up to grade level within 1-2 years.
We still have space available for this school year.
