Another FULL Little Tides Rhythm & Play class, and what a beautiful day to spend outside together! ☀️

From shaking our acorns and picking apples to dancing with scarves and moving like little squirrels, our little friends were busy playing, exploring, and making memories!

Seeing these classes fill up and watching our Little Tides community grow makes me so incredibly happy. I’m so grateful for every family who chooses to spend their Thursday mornings with us! 💙

🍁 A little schedule reminder: We will NOT have class Thursday, October 15, as Little Tides will be bringing some fall fun to my daughter’s preschool!

We’ll be back at Coop & Creek Farm on Thursday, October 22, and continuing weekly from there!

Can’t wait for more mornings of play, connection, and sunshine! ☀️

We’re kicking things off with some Fall Fun at Ivybrook Academy, bringing hands-on sensory play right to their little learners! 🍎🎃

One of my favorite parts of Little Tides is creating playful, engaging experiences that can travel beyond our regular classes and events and meet little ones right where they are.

Have a birthday, preschool, school event or special celebration coming up? We’d love to bring Little Tides to you! Sensory experiences can be customized to fit your theme, space and group.

Iasmin did such a beautiful job bringing her rainbow Paint & Play Kit to life! We love seeing each child make their piece completely their own. Choosing their pieces, taking their time, and getting creative. 🤍

A little painting, a little fine motor work, and a whole lot of creativity.

What an incredible day for an even more incredible community. 💙

Little Tides was so proud to sponsor the 2026 Dup15Q Believe Walk/Run and to play a small part in a day filled with love, connection, and support for these amazing children and families.

Together, this community raised over $65,000 for the Dup15Q Alliance! 🤍

We are incredibly grateful to have been included and honored to stand alongside so many families, supporters, and organizations who showed up in such a big way.

Our very first Rhythm & Play was a full house. 🤍🎶

We welcomed 14 kiddos and their grown-ups today, which was an even bigger turnout than we originally planned for. With so many new friends joining us, we moved class outside so everyone had plenty of room to shake, stomp, move, explore, and play together.

Today was exactly what Little Tides is all about: little ones learning through movement and play, grown-ups connecting, and a community coming together. We are so excited for everything ahead. 🌊🤍

Thank you to every family who spent their morning with us. We can’t wait to do it all again next week.

Ever wonder why our Instagram is ? 🤍🌊

The “RI” has two meanings for us.

It stands for Rich + Isabella, my husband and me, and it’s also a little nod to Rhode Island, a place that has always felt like home and where so much of our family story began.

The business is simply Little Tides, but our Instagram name carries a little piece of our family and our roots with it.

Sometimes play looks like icing, sprinkles, and a very messy floor. 🍪🤍

Decorating cookies gave us so many little opportunities to build skills through play. Squeezing the icing worked those little hand muscles, picking up and placing sprinkles encouraged fine motor control and hand eye coordination, and deciding what went where gave her space for creativity, planning, and independence.

It was also a great sensory experience with different textures, colors, smells, and of course a little taste testing along the way.

Activities do not have to be complicated to be meaningful. Some of the best learning happens right in the middle of everyday life.

And yes, the finished cookies were very proudly decorated. 🎃👻
