Does your child sometimes have trouble knowing what to say, how to join a group, or understanding what others might be thinking or feeling?
Practical Prep is pleased to share that Lotus Life Coaching Services is hosting their 6-week small-group program — “Crack the Social Code! Social Skills Group” — starting at 2 PM on Wednesday, October 14 at our Bridgewater center. The cost is $35 per session with a six-week commitment.
In this fun and interactive social skills group, children ages 8–11 will learn how to become “social sleuths” by noticing clues in their environment and using those clues to better understand social situations. ✨
Through discussion, activities, games, and real-life examples, students will explore skills such as:
⭐ Building stronger communication and conversation skills
⭐ Solving common friendship and social problems
⭐ Making flexible choices in different social situations
The goal is not to teach children to “fit in” or change who they are. Instead, students will develop practical tools for understanding social situations, communicating with others, and navigating everyday interactions with greater confidence.
