A wedding cake I recently completed for an awesome couple! Top layer is traditional white cake with strawberry filling made from my own preserves. Bottom layer was a chocolate lovers delight- chocolate cake and my homemade semisweet ganache.

Today was a first- treats for a baby shower for my own grandchild on the way! Hand dipped Oreos made into cupcake decorations and my hand painted sugar cookies. Nothing I won’t do for my kids ♥️

The cutest baby shower cookies for a baby animal theme! These were done combining two techniques- after icing each cookie I used a special printer loaded with edible inks and edible paper to print out images of the animals used in their theme. After being attached to the cookies I then hand painted the background of grass and leaves you see.
