Do you explicitly teach your students how to use supplies? We do! Whenever we are ready to use a supply for the first time, the students set their expectations for it! Student voice makes a huge impact. After we create our supply anchor chart, we get some hands-on practice with the supply!

Our School Supply Research Project includes 22 supplies, along with lesson plans, cut-apart puzzles, anchor charts, and centers!

Kids need to play more. Full stop. One way we're bringing more play into the classroom is through our morning and STEM bins! Each morning, kids can choose to play with any of the toys! They can play with friends. They get to talk, build, and laugh. We also use these for indoor recess and other times of the day!
