We had a great first Tuesday evening rehearsal! Thank you all for showing up and showing out. We will do it again next Tuesday!

Upcoming events for August-
• Tuesday, 8/18- Evening rehearsal, 6-8PM
• Thursday, 8/20- Home scrimmage
• Tuesday, 8/25- Evening rehearsal, 6-8PM
• Friday, 8/28- Home game

Call times for all games this season will be sent out soon. Please join our band SportsYou if you haven’t already. QR codes will be sent home tomorrow for parents and students who have not joined yet. This is where communication for events will come from. A calendar was also sent home last week for marching season.

❗️ Schedule adjustments to indoor rehearsals for this week ❗️

•Tuesday- 1PM-4PM with brass and percussion uniform fittings from 4PM-5PM

•Wednesday- 1PM-4PM, open house afterwards

Due to the amount of students with prior commitments for tomorrow, July 31st, we will not have rehearsal. Enjoy your Friday! We will rehearse indoors next Monday-Wednesday from 1PM-5PM.

Summer band is 9AM-5PM this week! The band hall will be open at 7:30AM all week for any students who may need to be dropped off early. Lunch is from 11:30AM-1PM daily.

Make sure you bring the following-

✅ Water bottle
✅ Hat and sunglasses
✅ Tennis shoes
✅ Flip folder, lyre, and music
✅ Your instrument if it’s at home
✅ Any forms that were passed out last week

Thursday is the last day this week to pick up marching band paperwork! 9AM-4PM.

If a student will be missing any part of summer band next week and the week after, please send Ms. Green an email from a parent/guardian.

Just a reminder-

Students in 7th-12th grade marching band have forms to pick up this week, as well as checking out instruments and assigning lockers. Forms need to be brought back next week during summer band camp. The band hall is open Wednesday and Thursday this week from 9AM-4PM.
