I completed a video worksheet for the PBS NOVA film Augmented which profiles MIT professor Hugh Herr and his building of high-tech prosthetic limbs. This is a very interesting story. Herr suffered a double leg amputation below the knee due to a climbing accident. He was able to continue climbing with prosthetic limbs and devoted his life to working in the field of improving prosthetic limbs.
