Toastmasters of Camp Curtin Community Public Speaking Club Come visit our club and see what Toastmasters is all about! We meet the 2nd & 4th Thursdays each month from 6:30pm until 8:00pm.

The 2nd Thursday is at Blue Ridge Apartments Community Room at 1140 Alexandra Ln. (off of Linglestown Road) - the 4th Thursdays we meet virtually on zoom (please reach out to us to get access to the zoom meeting.) We are fun and educational!

Get to know District 38's Leadership Team! Today, we are highlighting Distinguished Toastmaster Chris Hulse, this year's Program Quality Director.

Chris and his team are responsible for Club Officer Training, the Speech Contests, and the Annual Conference in Spring 2024, among other things. He just moved from Wilkes-Barre to near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He recently changed jobs from a Customer Service Team Lead working for Mondelez International (where he was in their Toastmasters Club) to a Route Transaction Manager for the Campbell Soup Company. Chris is also working on his first book and has visited all 50 states. In January, Chris parlayed his love of traveling into hosting the first season of Off the Beaten Path with Chris Hulse, a talk radio show/podcast. Details on the second season will come out "down the road"!

Get to know District 38's Leadership Team! Today, we are highlighting Michelle Westgate, DTM, serving as Club Growth Director.

Michelle is dedicated to developing and fostering relationships and encouraging others to reach their full potential. Since becoming a Toastmaster, she has uncovered her special passion for mentoring and training leaders. She is an active member of multiple clubs and has filled club officer and District leadership roles. Her favorite club officer role is VP Education because it is a highly interactive position, motivating every club member to achieve goals and embrace the Toastmasters education program. When Michelle takes a break from Toastmasters, she volunteers in her local community, enjoys live music, takes day hikes, and appreciates all forms of theatre.
