Dear Jason & Kat,
I wanted to congratulate you both for achieving your much deserved Senior Marketing Director promotion with our company. Sooo proud, honored and exhilarated to be working with such a wonderful, kind, generous and God serving family.
We've been working together a little over 3 years now and it's truly been a blessing to work with you both. I appreciate the friendship, the leadership and you truly driving the momentum in our business. You were the trailblazer and the driving force behind the new era. You owned the new system. You were a VGO machine!!!
As the pandemic-induced quarantine wrecked havoc in other people's lives, jobs and business, you championed a cause of being a beacon of light others. And we watched you developed to who you were meant to be.
You helped people stay positive, focus on the right things, spread a message of saving money, protecting their families and became an agent of change in the lives of so many.
For those who are taking the time to read this,
Jason is a software engineer and Kat is a Physician Assistant, who's brother is married to Bam's cousin. They are both friends and family to us. They have 3 growing active kids Abby, Josh and Jules who's academic and extracurricular achievement is a testimonial of the time love and dedication that Jason and Kat put into being the best parents they can possibly be.
Despite their busy schedule, we found a common ground that we want a bigger and brighter future for the people that we love. Why stay home and worry about the things you can't control if you can actively make a difference in people's lives and give them something inspiring to pursue.
The pursuit of happiness will never be found when you are just focused on your happiness, but if you focus on other's happiness it is so much more attainable.
Thank you Jason and Kat for your hard work and perseverance despite the challenges you had to go face and overcome. We believed in you from the get go. Thank you as well Jun and Joyce Dela Cruz, our personal mentors who also saw co-piloted in your leadership growth and development. And to our team, Xtreme Impact who continue to inspire us to grow and be better.
