Exciting news‼️ SDSU IV nursing and UABC nursing students got together to attend a training on healing touch. The training was part of the Border conference between SDSU IV and UABC Mexicali. This was the FIRST binational Healing Beyond Borders (endorsed by The American Holistic Nurses Association) level 1 training!! 🤩🤩

From 2 am to 5 am in downtown Calexico, we collaborated with SDSU public health division and multiple other agencies to provide health education, BP screening & H pylori testing to our farm workers.

SDSU IV Nursing students joined the Southwest High School Wellness Event to connect with students and share resources that support healthy lifestyles. From oral health education to wellness tips, it was a great opportunity to engage with SHS and promote habits that support lifelong health.
