In today’s climate, our diversity statement is more important than ever — It is a commitment to fostering inclusion, equity, and respect in a world where these values are increasingly challenged. The staff and the board worked together to revise this important statement in 2020, and we stand by it today to reinforce our shared responsibility to create spaces where every voice is heard and individuals feel validated and empowered to thrive as who they are.
