Jim Owen: King of the Ozarks Float Trip There are few names in the proverbial Rolodex of Branson, Missouri royalty that match up to Jim Owen, known as “King of the Ozarks Float Trip,” and sometimes, “King of the Hillbillies.” One of Owen’s favorite lines was “If you’re too busy to fish, you’re too busy.”
