Make plans to swing by the Table Rock Career Center Open House this Thursday! Come meet our instructors, tour the Career Center, and check out the hands-on programs and opportunities available to students.

📍 All students and parents from the 11 high schools we serve are invited and encouraged to attend! Freshmen and students in younger grades are especially encouraged to come explore the programs early and start thinking about their future options.

We’d love to see you there! 🙌

If your business is interested in giving a student meaningful mentorship and real-world experience, consider partnering with Table Rock Career Center and/or Reeds Spring High School to host an intern and help them explore and shape their future career.

TRCC’s Open House is open to any parent, student, or business within the 11 high school communities we serve: Branson, Forsyth, Reeds Spring, Hollister, Blue Eye, Crane, Bradleyville, Chadwick, Hurley, Galena, and Spokane.

Oh Happy Day!

Logan Noriega is a 2024 Reeds Spring Schools graduate of Table Rock Career Center's Collision Repair program. During his 2nd semester of his senior year at TRCC, Logan became a part of the RS Works Internship & Apprenticeship program and registered as a Registered Youth Apprentice through the U.S. Department of Labor, pursuing a career as a Fiberglass Repair Technician. Since then, he has trained under the guidance of a master technician at Hughes Marine, completing more than 4,000 hours of on-the-job training. Combined with the technical instruction he received through TRCC’s Collision Repair program, Logan has reached an impressive milestone.

Today, Logan was presented with his Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the United States Department of Labor.

Congratulations, Logan!

So excited for this event! If you’re involved in the WBL world in any capacity—or even just curious about getting started—please consider taking a few minutes to fill out the survey. We truly are reviewing all responses (scout’s honor🤞🏻) to make sure we’re capturing as much interest and insight as possible.

Mark your calendar for July 22, 2026, when work-based learning professionals from across Missouri will come together for a one-day event focused on networking, collaboration, and strengthening WBL opportunities for students. Held in conjunction with the MoACTE Summer Conference in Springfield, this event will bring together educators from a variety of roles to share ideas and build connections.

A planning team is currently gathering input to shape the experience, with more details to come soon. Open to all WBL professionals, the event will include a small registration fee to cover meals and materials. Be sure to save the date and complete the survey to help ensure a meaningful and impactful experience for all participants.

Join us as on May 1 as we recognize the accomplishments of our TRCC students! We’ll be celebrating our interns along with students who have earned honors like NTHS membership, scholarships, perfect attendance, and more.

These students have put in a lot of hard work this year, and we’d love for family and friends to be there to help celebrate.
