Congratulations to Elliot Wirkus and Reagan Essig. Both put up an impressive 135 lbs on the bench press during our final week of 507 Fast!

A special shoutout to Coach Myran and his team @ 507 Fast for helping these two, along with so many others, reach their lifting goals this summer.

It’s exciting to see the physical growth our students involved with 507 FAST have made this summer at Triton.

A huge thank you to Coach Myran and his entire team for pushing our kids to new levels.

It was great to see the commitment and effort from every level, from our 5th graders all the way to our 12th graders.

We’re just getting started. 🐍💪

Tonight is the night!

If you plan to play a sport or be involved in an activity in the fall, please also plan to attend the annual Athlete/Parent Activities meeting today, Wednesday, August 12th @ 6:00pm in the Welsh Equipment Performing Arts Center.

We will cover pertinent information about participation including MSHSL and Triton policies, online registration, and fees. We'll also be introducing our new scheduling program BOUND, and fall sports teams will have an opportunity to meet with their coaches prior to the start of their seasons.

Fall Sports Start Dates:

7-12 Cross Country - 8/17/26
7-12 Cheerleading - 8/3/26
7-12 Football - 8/17/26
7-12 Girls Soccer - 8/17/26 (co-op w/ KM)
9-12 Volleyball - 8/17/26
7-8 Volleyball - 8/17/26
Fall Play - 9/14/26 (Start of auditions)

Couple of Additional Items:

Incoming 7th graders and Sophomores will need an updated physical on file at school. If you haven't already scheduled a physical for your student athlete, please be sure to do so ASAP.
