​Check out ​the graphic below for information on our upcoming senior parent meeting next month. There will be a lot of important information at this meeting so it is highly encouraged for all senior parents to attend.

Students may attend the meeting with their parents but they are not required to attend.

🐾 Join us in welcoming Dr. LeKeisha Sutton as Brandon High School's newest Assistant Principal.

Dr. LeKeisha Sutton has dedicated twenty-five years to supporting the success of students, teachers, and administrators across the state of Mississippi. She believes all students can achieve academic success and has extensive experience helping teachers and school leaders create learning environments that promote positive student outcomes. Throughout her career, Dr. Sutton has served as a teacher, assessment specialist, assistant principal, principal, and leadership coach with the Mississippi Department of Education. Most recently, she has served as assistant principal at Brandon Middle School, where she has provided leadership in professional development, teacher and student support, and curriculum implementation.

🐾 At BHS, hard work is rewarded! 📚🐾 Students who attended optional AP and State Test review sessions were entered into prize drawings for gift cards and a grand prize iPad. We’re proud to celebrate Bulldogs who go above and beyond as they prepare for success! 🎉💻

🔬🐔 Mrs. Vinson's Health Science 1 students wrapped up their unit on the integumentary, skeletal, and muscular systems by dissecting chicken quarters to identify tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bones, and skin layers. Future healthcare professionals in action! 🩺 🐾

🐾 Students in Mrs. Whitehead’s AP Networking class heard from Justin Humphreys, Network Engineer for the United States Army Reserves, about careers in networking, cybersecurity, and protecting today’s digital world. 💻 🔐 They gained valuable, real-world insight into the fast-growing field of information security! 🐾

We want to give a big shout out to Brandon High School student, Devyn Lara and former Brandon High School student, Dalton Lara, for creating and donating this beautiful board to us! The board will make a great addition to our school and we are so proud to display the creativity of our students both past and present.
