For immediate release:
January 22, 2025
Humphreys County Students, Parents, Community, and Staff:
As you know, the community meeting to share information about the transition of the Humphreys County School District to "District of Transformation" status will be held on Thursday, January 23rd @ 5:30 p.m. Due to an issue with the boiler in the performing arts center, the meeting has been moved to the seminar hall in Humphreys County High School. Also, there will be a basketball game at the high school that will begin at 6:30 p.m. This is a "rescheduled" home game with Amanda Elzy. This is unavoidable, unfortunately, and we appreciate your understanding. We will begin the community meeting in the seminar hall at 5:30 p.m., and you can attend the basketball game in the gym at 6:30 p.m. Thanks, in advance, for your support!
