Sometimes the hardest decisions are the right ones.

After giving it a lot of thought, I've decided to end my Thursday Zumba class.

I gave it five classes, hoping it would work, but sometimes you have to listen to what your body is telling you. I'm grateful to everyone who showed up, danced with me, and supported this new class. Thank you.

This chapter may be ending, but there are still plenty of opportunities to dance with me each week. 💚 The music doesn't stop... and neither do I. 💃🏾
